Villas Nefeli Kouloura
The four detached villas are built at the top of a small hill near Kouloura, affording breathtaking views in all directions. The sea is nearby. A few minutes' walk takes you to the bays of Turkomnima and Koclakura.
The village is not far either; it can be reached either on foot or by the small bus stopping nearby. This same bus also provides service to many other beaches and bays. Taxis and mopeds are also available, and many beaches are within walking distance.
The villas are connected to each other by stone-paved paths which cross the 16000 square metres of garden. All around there is nothing but trees, mainly olive trees, oleanders, rose bushes, bougainvilleas and typical Mediterranean maquis. The area is quiet and blessed by a pleasant breeze.
Each apartment has a big terrace and pergola affording a view of the sea.
Each villa measures 100 square metres and is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds) and a large lounge with an open kitchen area(.?)
The many windows and French windows lend much light and air to the house, which has the great advantage of remaining cool thoughout the day.
Rooms are serviced twice a week (or more often if guests require this as extra service). Water comes from the public water system and each villa has a private cistern (120 cubic metres). Electricity is also public, but in addition to this there is an independent generator, in case of emergencies.
